Please arrive early for check-in prior to 9:30AM. If you wish to take a pre-race stretch there will be a free beach yoga class offered from 8-9AM.

Parking is always free for Milford residents and out of city/state racers through 5PM. Please mention to the attendant on duty that you are with the Charles Island SUP Cup and you will be waived in and given a validation voucher to be placed in your windshield.

Bring the family and plan to make a day of it. We will have live music, craft tent, hula hoop contest, wellness tent, vendor giveaways, food trucks and more. Follow on Facebook for updates on what we will be offering as part of the International Surfing Day activities on the beach and in the water.

Don't forget your Coast Guard approved PFD and a whistle, both are the law and required.
