Schedule:

Friday 8/9/19:

6pm – 10pm: [At boat ramp] Early check-in, packet pickup, late registration.

You are welcome to check in your vessels and leave them overnight. Our security will remain throughout the night after the park closes.

Saturday 8/10/19:

6am-8am: [At boat ramp] Check-in, packet pick up, last second registration
8:00 am: Anthem, mandatory safety meeting
9:00 am: Race start (3 and 6 mile run concurrently)
11:00 am: Lunch is served! Followed by awards/results

On race day, please arrive by 6am (park opens at 5am).

Bonita Lakes Park is located at Bonita Reservoir Rd, Meridian, MS 39301. Boat ramp is located on the upper lake. Drive past the smaller lake, turn right and cross the dam. The road will lead you directly to us.

You must sign an ACA waiver before competing. They will be available at check-in or you may download and complete one ahead-of-time to submit at check in:

While certainly not a requirement, please consider bringing any of the following items with you on race day to donate directly to Hope Village:

Paper towels – we never have enough of these!
Dishwasher detergent pods
Washing machine detergent pods
Journals for both boys and girls – every child receives one at Christmas
Rolling duffle bags – we give each child luggage at Christmas since many carry their few belongings in trash bags from place to place
Makeup sets – fun sets for teenage girls since we give each girl one at Christmas
Bath and body sets for girls and boys – each child receives a set at Christmas
