The P3 consists of 5 miles of SUP, 10 miles of mountain biking, and 5 more miles of SUP. It's our own little twist on a triathlon. The first 5 mile leg usually sees nice calm water. Then you will cook your legs on the mountain bike. The final 5 miles on the water usually has some chop on it. With spent legs and some chop the second paddle is not exactly like the first! Solo the event if your up for it, put together a fun team of up to three people if that's more your speed.

The Kingston to Ottawa 200 (K2O) race is an ultra endurance 200km marathon paddling race through a UNESCO World Heritage site. The race is on slow moving water, includes 22 portages and must be completed within 32 hours. The Butterfly Effect Tahoe is an all-day event pivoted on a non-competitive aloha paddle, for women of all ages and ability levels in water sports.The event will consist of an aloha-theme beach cleanup and festival. It is comprised of 5 paddlesport events, The Louisville 50: a 50 mile adventure race; the Mayors Cup: a 24 mile and a 7 mile races for K-1, K-2, sea kayaks, canoes, SUP and rec boats. Big Bend Ironman Kayak and Canoe 2015

The Inaugural Big Bend Ironman Kayak & Canoe Race held in Steinhatchee on Nov 2 was, by all accounts, a great success. With 10 racers from across FL, the 19.2 mile race from River Haven Marina, out of the gulf, and returning took the winner, Mr. Brint Adams from Sopchoppy, a mere 3 hours, 39 minutes and 58 seconds to complete. Just the night before at the mandatory racers meeting, the racers all thought their times would be about 5 hours! Race and class results were:
