The Orange Bowl Paddle Championship presented by Windhaven Insurance will take place, rain or shine. The starting times for the various events may be adjusted based on weather conditions, in consultation with marine authorities.

WHO?

Building on the success of our previous years, the Orange Bowl Paddle Championship presented by Windhaven Insurance will feature nearly 300 racers and hundreds of spectators. Local VIP, paddle professionals, participants and spectators will join. We will once again look to draw top competitors in paddle boarding as well as hundreds of recreational amateur participants.

WHAT?

This event provides five courses (Long, Outrigger Canoe, Short, Novice and Corporate). Winding its way in and around Virginia Key, the Orange Bowl Paddle Championship is a unique course. Registration includes complimentary event shirt, breakfast and lunch voucher. This event is rain or shine.

WHY?

The Orange Bowl Paddle Championship presented by Windhaven Insurance is a charity–driven event with a focus on children and community. All funds raised by the event will go to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami to fund mentorship activities in the area.

1st Place - $1,200
2nd Place - $600
3rd Place - $300

Cash prizes will be given to the top three men and women of the Long Race for 14' & Under division. Monetary prize is only distributed for the Long Race. 
*There must be at least five entries in a class for a cash prize to be awarded.*

Medals and "product swag" will be given to the winners of the Short, Novice, Outrigger Canoe and Corporate Races. 

Don't forget your portable flotation device (PFD) and your reusable water bottle! We will have water stations throughout the event site. This event is rain or shine.
