Julia Gismondi - Surfski

Jules has been a surfski, SUP and sea kayak coach, instructor and guide for over 20 years. She also races a lot, she likes to go fast! Some of her favorite places to paddle are under the Golden Gate Bridge, when there is surf and lots of wind, on her home rivers in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the ocean. Any ocean. She loves open water paddling. She has also done some unsupported expeditions on a paddleboard: A solo circumnavigation of Long Island and later she and 2 friends paddled from NYC to Miami in 2016. Since then, one of her crazy, sufferfest ideas has been to podium Chattajack in ALL categories. The latest on the bucket list is to paddle from Annapolis to Baltimore.
