Racers will line up facing upstream, in-line with the Schmidt boat ramp and a buoy. The course goes 0.2 miles upriver to a buoy. Take 180 degree right turn at the buoy. Paddle under 3 bridges. The finish line is at the Covington Landing on the Kentucky side of the river. Pass between the Finish Line sign on the river bank and a buoy approximately 20 feet off the bank.
