A WPA Stand Up Paddle Board race on the Deschutes River in Bend, Oregon.  Racing from Riverbend community park through the Old Mill District.  A 5 mile long course race and a 2 Mile short course race.  After the racing, some of the leading manufacturers in the sport will be offering free demos of the their latest SUP gear.  

This is a day-long celebration of the sport of Stand Up Paddling and highlights the commitment from the community of paddlers for two important causes.  Again this year we are benefitting the Bend Paddle Trail Alliance and their efforts to create awareness and raise funds for the future whitewater park here in Bend.  The event will also benefit the Bend Metro Parks and Rec Scholarship Fund.  All the proceeds from this event go to those organizations.
