From points south
Go I-85 North (towards Charlotte). Take Exit 78, turn left onto Hwy 221 and go towards Chesnee 3.5 miles to the traffic light at Fosters Grove Rd. (There will be a sign on the left for Lake Blalock Park; there is also a Deb's Mini Mart on the left). Turn left on to Fosters Grove Rd. Go 1/10 mile and take the first right on to Sandy Ford Rd. Go 1.5 miles to Lake Blalock Park on the right. 

From Points north 
Go I-85 South (towards Greenville/Spartanburg). Take Exit 78, turn right onto Hwy 221 and go towards Chesnee 3.5 miles to the traffic light at Fosters Grove Rd. (There will be a sign on the left for Lake Blalock Park; there is also a Deb's Mini Mart on the left). Turn left on to Fosters Grove Rd. Go 1/10 mile and take the first right on to Sandy Ford Rd. Go 1.5 miles to Lake Blalock Park on the right.

There are full services (motels, gas and multiple fast-food choices) at exits #75 and #78.
