Take Highway 101 to Redwood City. 

Take the Woodside Road / Seaport Blvd Exit

Head towards Seaport Blvd

Take the 3rd left hand turn on to Seaport Court. 

Go the left side of the parking lot and park as close to the water as possible. 

There is tons of free parking so don't sweat it.
