The Silver Lake Race on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 11:00 has two options.  All paddling craft are welcome.  Paddlers can choose between racing (5 miles) or a shorter group paddle -trick or treat style, costumes encouraged  (approximately 2.5 miles).  Cost is $20 per paddler.   Awards and lunch will be available after the race.  On-site registration available that morning will be $25 per person. 

This is a fund raiser for Kuhn Employment Opportunities.  This non-profit provides support for adults with mental challenges find employment and become valued, independent and proud members of our community. 

The Surfrider Foundation (for SUP racers only) will hold a head to head, single elimination sprint competition after the race.  $25 cash entry on race day. Top male and female racers will win a Surfrider Quickblade paddle.
