THE 8th ANNUAL BLUE WATER PADDLE RACE at Doran Beach promises to be the best time you can have at a paddle race. We have added a Canoe and Surfboard less than 9' divisions to the already popular SUP, OC1, OC2, Kayak, Surfski, and Stock Prone divisions. The short course is about 2 miles and the long course is about 4 miles for SUPs, Prone, and surf.  The long course for Surfski and OC is about 6 miles. 

In addition, there is a Pet-with-Adult Division which is a must see and do event. We also have a team relay consisting of 1 male, 1 female, and 1 child.  Teams can be decided at race time.

This is a competition event with a lot of family fun and we want to see your whole family there competing or supporting you.

A raffle will be held as well. All prizes are donated by local businesses and all proceeds go to support Sonoma Coast Surfrider's efforts to keep our beaches clean and maintain access to our beautiful coastline.
