The  Lovely Laurel River Lake Paddle Blast returns as part of the Kentucky Waterman Series with 2 awesome courses; the 5000 Meter Round the Island Sprint Race and the 10 Mile LL Open Race. All races launch from the spillway beach at picturesque Laurel River Lake which is surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest. This year the Paddle Blast is proud to be apart of Southern Stoke Series, a series of SUP races that happen all around the Southeast.

Be sure to bring your beach chair, sunblock, umbrella, and a fun spirit!

Races:

• 5000 Meter (3.1 Mile) Round the Island Race 
• 10 Mile Laurel River Lake Open Race

All 5000 Meter (3.1 Mile) and 10 Miler Racers will receive:

• Lovely Laurel River Lake Paddle Blast Shirt

• Support boats stationed along the course all day in case they are needed.

• Professional medical and communications coverage on the course.

• Post-Race Meal from Taco Holler.

Transfer/Refund Policy:

• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• If you need to miss the event, you can request race credit for a future Kentucky Waterman Series by letting race organizer know two weeks prior to race day.
• In the event the race is postponed/cancelled due to extreme weather, fire, or for some other unforeseeable event outside of our control, we cannot offer refunds.
