SPRINTS: 200m Sprints, Elimination heats. Sprints will be held in the flat waters of Marine Stadium.

DISTANCE Courses (2 options, but ONLY the 10K option counts towards overall points):

10K (NOTE, although the 10K course leaves the harbor area, this is NOT an open ocean course with breaking waves. There will be boat, and possibly some wind, swell but no ocean waves) :

5k Option: 

TECH (Elimination heats) : Two mirror-image flat water technical courses will be run simultaneously. Distance is roughly 1 Km
