Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 is game day... for us! It's the date of NAMIWalks Your Way: A United Day of Hope. It's a day when paddle participants from all over will come together *virtually* to raise awareness of "Mental Health for All" and raise funds for their local NAMI.

What to do on paddle day (optional, but would love to see your photos):

-1 Safety-please be sure to check your conditions, paddle with a friend (practice safe distancing), wear pfd/leash, bring water.

-2 Take Photos (tags #p4mh #paddleformentalhealth #mentalhealthforall)

-3 Send photos to me at maggie@bluepaddlesup.com or text them at 760-845-8077 ( I will post all photos on Paddleguru and social media)

-4 If you are timing the 5K-send me your times at maggie@bluepaddlesup.com or text 760-845-8077. I will send times to Paddleguru for them to post.
