Every October, for 38 years now, Sea Trek has sponsored the largest Paddling Regatta on the West Coast out of Sausalito, CA. Since the beginning the Sea Trek Regatta has been a benefit for Environmental Traveling Companions' Scholarship Fund to sponsor people of all abilities and under-resourced to get out and have educational and transformational adventures! This year is no different, the proceeds of your $50 race fee will help under-resourced youth get on the water!
Of course, with the Pandemic, this year we must navigate an uncharted territory. Special times require extra-special events!
The 2020 Sea Trek Regatta will be a little different this year with 3 different ways to participate!
1. Sea Trek regatta - Self Timed - October 1st - 25th, 2020 $50/ person or 3 events for $100 ( The triple crown!)
Race any of the local historic courses on your own or with a few competitors.
Submit your times to paddle@seatrek.com by emailing us a screenshot of your GPS tracker. (Strava and Paddle Logger are great apps to use for tracking your time and distance). All courses start and end at the Sea Trek dock.
Participants will be responsible for their own safety while on the water. Sea Trek will not be providing on water safety.
Be safe on the water and take all the necessary COVID-19 precautions if you are paddling with others.
If you don't have access to Richardson Bay? Race the new In and Out 10K. Pick a course that will be 10 kilometres long and start and end in the same place. No downwinds, no one ways with the tide. We couldn't make it THAT easy.
2. NEW ETC Challenge Event. - October 24th, 2020 $50/ person
Pick a personal challenge in the great outdoors that stretches you and makes you happy... whether it’s paddling, pedaling, running, climbing, yoga, juggling, etc and complete it on 10-24-2020.

3. Join us for a benefit trip on October 24th. Sea Trek is offering two trips and ETC is offering one with all the proceeds going to ETC's Scholarship Fund.
