• 8 A.M: Registration & Check-In at Alum Ford Boat Ramp ( Located at the end of Alum Ford Campground, State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653)
• 9 A.M: 14 Mile Racer Meeting at Alum Ford Boat Ramp
• 9:15 A.M: 14 Mile Race Start
• 9:30 A.M: 7 Mile Racer Meeting at Alum Ford Boat Ramp
• 9:45 A.M: 7 Mile Race Start 
• 10 A.M: 4 Mile Race Meeting at Alum Ford Boat Ramp
• 10:15 A.M: 4 Mile Fun Float & Race Start
• 12:30 P.M:  All Paddlers off the water.
• 1:45 P.M: BSF & KWS Awards Ceremonies at the Whistle Stop Restaurant and Steakhouse (Located at 66 Henderson St, Stearns, KY 42647)
