The 14-miler proceeds from Town Bay through Eagle and Uttowana Lakes to a turnaround then returns to Blue Mountain Lake and follows the shoreline clockwise to finish in Town Bay.   The 7 mile course follows the Blue Mountain Lake shoreline while the 1.5 mile short course circles Thatcher Island, the closest to town, and returns.   Both the 14 and 7 mile racers may choose either side of Osprey Island.
