Friday July 21, 2016  2-Hour Paddle Monster SUP Clinic with LARRY CAIN, 4-6 PM, Pier Café-TENATIVE

Available Spots: Limited to 15 paddlers
Cost: $150/paddle
Description: Join Coach Larry Cain, an Olympic Gold Medal winner and

Canadian Olympic Canoe Coach and co-founder of Paddle Monster for an intensive

2 hour paddle technique clinic at the Cape Story Paddleboard Race. This clinic

includes advanced technique/stroke mechanics instruction, group technique drills,

and instruction on board management skills (steering, turns).
Registrants get a Free Month

of Paddle Monster All Access: Padlders

who register for this event will receive a free month trial of Paddle Monster

All-Access. With this membership, paddlers can continue their training with

weekly training plans and drills, community training discussion forum, video

library, blog access, webinars and a weekly newsletter. Also, members receive a

discounted video analysis on-demand service. Existing Paddle Monster members

will receive a 1-month credit toward their membership

Sunday July 23rd, 2017   6-Hour Paddle Monster VIDEO SUP Clinic with LARRY CAIN, 8 AM -2 PM, Pier Cafe

Description: Join

Coach Larry Cain, an Olympic Gold Medal winner and Canadian Olympic Canoe Coach

and co-founder of Paddle Monster for an intensive 6 hour paddle technique

clinic at the Cape Story Paddleboard Race. This clinic includes a detailed

on-land discussion on technique and stroke mechanics, individual video analysis

followed by on-water drills and remedial instruction based on paddler needs

identified in video. This clinic is limited to 8 participants to provide a more

intense and personalized experience.
