6:15 am Registration Begins, breakfast provided

6:45 am All boats rigged, buoys set, chase boats ready

6:55 am Race Captain’s Meeting 

7:00 am Hawaiian Prayer

7:15 am Women's boats in the water and Paddle to the Start Line

7:30 am Women’s Start* – 14 miles 

9:30 - 10:00 am Men's boats launch from the dock as soon as the boats are available

10:10 am Men’s Start* – 14 miles 

12:10 - 12:30 pm Mixed boats launch from the dock as soon as the boats are available

12:35 pm Mixed Start* – 9 miles 

2:00 pm Luau Opens

3:00 pm Opening Remarks, Awards Ceremony

4:00 pm Closing Remarks

* Start time is subjected to change.  Men's and Mixed teams must get ready and wait at the waiting area for when their designated boats arrive from a previous race.
