Racecourse

The course starts on the east side of the Willamette river, just south of the Hawthorne Bridge and heads upriver, passing the OMSI submarine, staying to the left of the Marquam Bridge middle pillars, behind Ross Island, into main channel, past Red Buoy and turn non-ama side turn around #5 Green buoy in front of Rowing Club floating dock – then head north down main channel. Pass Toe Island and finish at the Portland floating dock (start line).
