King and Queen of the Emerald Cut Racer check in 12 noon to 2:30 pm Saturday 1/11/25.  

Access to 2.3 mile course anytime after you arrive.  If you camp Friday Night you have access all weekend.

Optional course tours at 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm to the top and back.  Will take about 45 min to 1 hour.  We will show you where potential hazards are and give basic race strategy for this unique body of water.

Racer meeting at 3:45 pm

Start Time 4 pm.  Staggered start with each racer starting 30 seconds apart.  (Example: 1st racer starts at 4:00:00, second racer starts at 4:00:30,  third racer starts at 4:01:00, etc.)

Limited board shuttle available, be at Camp Joy by 7:30 AM to 8 AM.

Wekiva Tech Race start time 11:00 AM

Over night camping - campers can set up anytime after 12 noon Saturday 1/11/25 and must be out by 10 am Sunday 1/12/25 (no electricity and no generators, public bathrooms with showers).  If you are coming from further away and want to camp both Friday 1/10 and Saturday 1/11, I can make the site available to make a weekend out of it.  Email Ben at benjaminbailey1@icloud.com
