There is a solid crew of paddlers in SoCal, but just not enough races. This will be pure pick-up style racing. Anyone can show up to race. Open course and Elite.

TRAINING RACE! Just so everyone knows what to expect. This is essentially going to be a free and unofficial race training series. The goal is to connect with the SoCal SUP community and provide a friendly and affordable ($0) way to experience the fun of racing, without any of the stress. PLEASE MAKE SURE to bring a leash and PFD with you. We will be meeting at the start area of the beach side course. If the weather happens to turn, we will update our Facebook page. If in doubt, just keep an eye out for other SUP race boards and you shouldn’t have any trouble finding us! 

FREE DONUTS AND BEVERAGES FOR RACERS.

Will have an ocean course or a bay course, depending on the weather.  Beach/flag runs and lap style courses (spectator friendly!).

Bring tents/food/drinks/music etc. Trophy ceremony to follow.
