COURSE MAP
Start is across from the parking lot and goes 3 miles upriver to the U of RI rowing dock and returns downriver 4 miles past the start to turn on a set of pilings just before a 3rd bridge, then finish 1 mile back upriver to the start/finish.
Depending on the tide, the Narrow River can be shallow in parts. While most of the bottom is sandy/muddy, beware of rocks around Middlebridge Road Bridge.
