The race will start and end at the Occoquan town dock (located at 205 Mill Street) located in the historic town of Occoquan, Virginia, and will take place during the town's RiverFest event. Entrants will unload at a location adjacent to the river where check in and registration is located. After unloading they will be directed to park in a nearby commuter lot from which they can walk or take a free shuttle back to the site of the race and RiverFest.

To reach the check-in location near 205 Mill Street, turn north on to Riverview Lane from Route 123 (Gordon Blvd), then make a left on Poplar Lane, and arrive at check-in underneath the Route 123 bridge.
