One-Mile Course

* The ONE-mile course starts to the NORTH.

* One loop counter clockwise.

* Finish on the beach

Four/Twelve-Mile Course

* The FOUR-mile and TWELVE -mile courses start to the SOUTH.

* The FOUR-mile course is ONE loop counter clockwise with finish on beach.

* The TWELVE-mile course is THREE loops counter clockwise with finish on beach

* TWELVE milers do not need to round the start/finish buoy except to finish on beach
