COURSE MAP
Race to the Roebling - 4.2 miles
Racers will line up facing upstream, in-line with the Schmidt boat ramp and a buoy. The course goes 0.2 miles upriver to a buoy. Take a 180 degree right turn at the buoy. Paddle under 3 bridges. The finish line is at the Covington Landing on the Kentucky (left hand) side of the river. Pass between the timing boat and a buoy approximately 20 feet off the bank.
Seven Bridges Race - 9.o miles
Racers will line up facing upstream, in-line with the Schmidt boat ramp and a buoy. The course goes 0.2 miles upriver to a buoy. Take a 180 degree right turn at the buoy. Paddle under 7 bridges. The finish line is at Gilday Riverside Park on the Ohio (right hand) side of the river. Pass under the floating inflatable arch finish line next to the dock. Your timing chip will be read as you pass under the arch.
