Using GPS, enter Oaks Park Community Boat House or 7815 SE Oaks Park Way, Portland, OR.  Once on Oaks Park Way, drive past long perimeter park fence to the gate entrance.  Turn left upon entering and drive back to the Oaks Park Boathouse.  Follow signs to the designated parking area for Kai PDX Va’a event.
