Update- on Wednesday, September 28th at noon: The race IS on for Saturday. Currently, we are awaiting more updated wind information to determine the location of the event. Our backup location if winds and the gulf are too rough will be LAKE POWELL BOAT RAMP off of 98 on LAKE POWELL. We will keep you posted and notify you ASAP of the location. All other scheduled events will remain the same except awards may be altered if we go to the lake.

This year's event at Rick Seltzer Park will consist of several races, including the 10k approximately 6 mile SUP race, a 5k approximately 3 mile race, and a team relay race. Cash prizes will be awarded for select divisions in the 6 Mile Race if minimum of 50 racers is met, and teams in the relay race will compete to showcase the coveted Pier to Pier trophy! A kids race may happen as well if there are enough kids to make it happen and conditions permit.
Shirt order goes in 8/30- if you haven’t registered by then we cannot guarantee your size or a shirt. Usually, we can wait until the last minute to order more but shipping is super delayed so we need to know to get them ready in time.
6 Mile Race Divisions- max time allowed 90 minutes, cut off at 3-mile buoy is 45 minutes
- Women's 14' and under race boards- series points eligible
- Men's 14' and under race boards- series points eligible
- Men's Unlimited and other man-powered watercraft- not eligible for series points
- Women's Unlimited and all other woman powered watercraft- not eligible for series points
3 Mile Course
- Women's- All SUP Board Classes
- Men's- All SUP Board Classes
- Relay Race
- Each team must have at least 1 female paddler
- Each paddler on a team can use their own paddle, but must share a board.
- No board classes in the relay race. Rock what you got!
- Discounted hotel rates available at this time available through hotel sites, AAA, VRBO, AirBnb, and several campsites. We have found more deals through early booking than a percentage off over the years.
