Starting line:
Brook Hill River Park, 3009 Old Rio Mills Rd, Earlysville, VA, 22936.  It is just under the Rt. 29 bridge over the Rivanna River, north of Charlottesville, directly across the river from the Doubletree hotel.  It doesn’t look like a park yet because it is undeveloped, but it does look like a small field with an open gate just next to a bridge. You know, the kind of place paddlers are used to.
