3-4 pm-Intro to SUP Clinic
Learn to paddle from the Lazy Dog Crew- SUP basics, safety skills and other general beginner racing tips! This is a fantastic clinic for beginners! Special Olympics athletes welcome! Lazy Dog's crew can teach you the basics and offer you race tips! Sue Cooper and her crew are on the podium at most SUP events.
5 - 6:30 pm. Preferred Properties Beach-side Luau
New York Past Garden catered buffet-- Grill station with fish, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs -- Pasta Station with choice of 4 styles of Pasta Dishes- gluten free and veggie too! A Salad Bar, Iced Tea and Lemonade, Watermelon and Cookies!
5:30-7:30 pm
Live Music by Big Daddy Rich in the Pavilion with dancing-- FREE TO ALL

This race is designed for the general public to compete all while supporting our cause!
Note: this is an untimed, no board class race with a beach run obstacle course- first 10 women and first 10 men across the finish line will be awarded!
Coaches are encouraged to race too!
FINISHER AWARDS FOR ALL who cross the Finish Line!
Special Olympics Ribbons awarded for all Special Olympics Races
First 10 Men, First 10 Women for Open Race awarded at the Podium
Special Olympics and General Public Awards Ceremonies will be held immediately after each race.
