SUP the River is making a big splash to protect our Bay and support our community!
Contact RaceThis is a first-year event hosted by the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Barnegat Bay Partnership.
Additionally, there will be a "Best Dressed Viking" Contest sponsored by the Ocean County College Foundation. This
year, Ocean County College launched a complete redesign of their Viking mascot
who is newly named Vidar after a campus-wide naming contest in late-2015. SUP in your best Viking style, and earn a chance to win $500 from the Ocean County College Foundation!
6-mile paddlers will receive a t-shirt, paddler gift bag, and a token for grab-and-go food + a beer post-race. 2-mile paddlers will receive a t-shirt and paddler gift bag (food and drinks will be available for purchase).
There will be food, drinks, and t-shirts for purchase for sprint paddlers and spectators.
