This 5 mile race is two loops around Silver Lake which is located 20 minutes south of Hartford in Berlin & Meriden, CT.  All paddlers are welcome- canoe, kayak, surfski, SUP, and outrigger.  A 2.5 mile paddle/race is available for recreation or youth paddlers. Proceeds will benefit The Farnum Center which helps those with opioid addiction and Kuhn Employment which helps challenged adults become valued, independent and proud.   Come and enjoy the fall foliage and honor the life of fellow paddler, John Messinger.  The first 50 paddlers to register get shirts!
