Streak the Creek Race

The 2nd Annual Streak the Creek takes place on Sept 20, 2017. We are celebrating the grand finale of our summer race league with 2 races: our 3 mile race-league lap course and a NEW 5 mile endurance course into Stoney Creek.
Prizes and a bonfire after-party under the stars. #smoresfordinner
This race is open to all who want to experience our gorgeous Nabbs Creek.
There are two courses:
- 3 mile race league lap course (each lap is 1.5 mile) which spans the length of Nabbs Creek
- 5 mile out and back course down Nabbs and Stoney Creek for experienced paddlers who want a more rigorous endurance challenge.
There will be no class divisions. Awards for top three men and women in 5 mile course, and top three men and women in 3 mile course.
Only race style boards will be allowed in 5 mile course.
All arounder boards welcome in 3 mile course.
White light, PFD and leash are mandatory to race.
Race is at Nabbs Creek Marina, site of Mantra Fit's SUP launch. We're located at the far left side of the marina, along the water's edge.
Race starts promptly at 6:15pm. Important: You must wear or attach a white light to your board for the race.
