The 2 day event will encompass a 3 and 6 mile on Saturday and a 16 mile race on Sunday. The course is a mountain lake with 20 feet of visibility in some areas. It is not uncommon to see river otters, bald eagles, turtles, cranes, and evan the occasional black bear. It is one of the few races with a waterfall on the course.
