6:00- 8:00 FREE PADDLE CLINIC WITH BRIAN LEFEVE
This will be a dry land clinic led by elite waterman Brian LeFeve. He will cover paddle technique for beginners through advanced racers, proper training, cross training, buoy turns, race strategies, nutrition, mindful racing, and choosing the right board & paddle. Meet at the Beulah Beach on Crystal Lake just blocks away from our Crystal Lake Adventure Sports Beulah Store.

8:30 am Race Instruction/Explanation of Course & Safety @ Beulah Park Pavilion
9 AM REC/ JR REC 3 Mile Starts with Water Start/Finish
10 AM ELITE 6 Mile Race Starts with Water Start/ Finish
11:30 AM Kids 1.5 Mile Race with Beach Start/Finish
11:30 - 1:00 PM LUNCH at Beulah Park Pavilion

LAKE MICHIGAN DOWNWIND DUEL
PT. BETSIE TO FRANKFORT BEACH 4.6 MILE PADDLE (OR FRANKFORT BEACH TO PT. BETSIE DEPENDING ON WIND DIRECTION)
3:30 PM Meet at Pt. Betsie OR Frankfort Beach info table for Race instruction
* Direction will be announced at lunch on July 20th and on our Up North Stand Up Paddleboard Facebook page/ Crystal Lake Adventure Sports Facebook page
4:15 PM Downwind Duel Begins: Beach Start @ Point Betsie to Frankfort Beach
(Unless otherwise notified/posted of south wind then will be reversed and go from Frankfort to Pt. Betsie)
6:00 PM Race finishes and all racers in
*Free Shuttle available to get racers to their vehicles if needed
AWARDS/ RAFFLE & DINNER
6:00 - 8:00 PM DINNER at the American Legion
* Dinner tickets available for purchase for family/friends
* Beer and Drinks available to purchase at the American Legion
7 PM (approximate) Awards and Raffle
