The 13.1 mile race starts at Wye Landing on theWye East River, 18 miles southeast of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on Maryland'sEastern Shore and continues around Wye Island. The race course is oversheltered estuaries with minimum boat traffic and great scenery.  

The Regatta is open to all person-poweredboats, including shells (sweep/scull/racing/recreational) canoes, outriggers,kayaks, Stand-Up Paddle Boards (SUPs), Dragon Boats, gigs, and dories. Thereare categories for every skill level!
