We have worked long and hard to put on a well planned race and hope you will bring your friends and family out to cheer you along. Before you get to excited please make sure you have all the required gear:

Required Gear:

- Type 3 USCG approved jacket or belt flotation

- Leash if on SUP

- Safety Whistle

Recommended Gear:

- Camelbak 2 liters or multiple water of bottles

- Sunscreen

- Water shoes (highly recommended)

- Granola bar, Gu Pack or other nutrition.

Itinerary

8/28 6:00pm-9:00pm Packet Pickup and Registration at Hotel Indigo and board/ boat drop
8/29 6:45am - Shuttle pick up at L'auberge for those that want to leave their car at the Finish. (No Boat/Board or participant transportation to start after the race!)

6:45am - Racer Check-in!!!

7:00am - MANDATORY Gear Check!!! (Failure to have gear will results in disqualification with no refund!)

7:15am - MANDATORY Safety Meeting!!!

7:45am Racers in the water to warm up

8:00am - Mass Start and we will stagger the faster vessels to the front

12:00pm - Must finish by 12:00 pm to qualify for a finish. After Party with great Louisiana Cuisine and LIVE Cajun Music will begin as participants finish and awards will be given out as soon as the race is over!

7:00pm after race meet at the Stadium Club in L’auberge. We will meet and watch some college football. Don’t forget your one free appetizer coupon from the swag bag.
