NOTICE: Paddlers will meet at a NEW VENUE on the southernmost tip of Goat Island in Newport, RI. Once onto Goat Island travel south and enter the security gate. If you registered in advance they will admit you. Travel to the southernmost tip of the Island till you can't drive anymore. Drop your boat/gear quickly because there is no room for cars and drive back a hundred yards and find a legal parking spot up by one of the brick condominiums.
