5 Mile Long Course & 3 Mile Short Course
The 3 mile course will consist of starting with the square mile, then doing the dog leg left and finishing with the square mile.
The 5 mile course will consist of starting with the square mile, then dog legt left, square mile, dog leg left and finishing with the square mile.
