The race starts off of Vanier Park, the Short and long course head West toward Stanley Park, turn left around the Green Bouy, continue to the Barge Can, turn left around the Barge Can heading East to the dock at Burrard.  Short course finishes there.  Long course turns left around a bouy, going west on the right of the Green bouy to the yellow QC off of stanley park, make a left around the Yellow QC bouy and head back to the dock.
