Race Schedule  

Coastguard approved lifejackets or waistpacks with a safety whistle are required to race, no exceptions. Whistles will be provided by GRDP but lifejackets will not.  

All races will start and end at Boat Ramp.

Friday August 30th 

4:00 - 6:00pm Pre-Race check-in - _{Racer Registration available at pavilion by Boat Ramp in Cherokee State Park Recreation Area 1.}  

Saturday, August 31st:  

7:00am- 8:00am  Racer Check-In  for those who did not register 8/30.  at Registration table in pavilion by Boat Ramp at Recreation Area 1 in Cherokee State Park, Langley, OK. Please plan to arrive by 7:30 to allow time for registering and waiver review/signature. 

8:00am – Mandatory Safety Meeting for all Participants.  Must attend to race. 

9:00am - Long Course Start  (11 miles)

10:00am - 5K Start

10:30am - Kids Race Start (approx 1K)

11:30am - Food Opens / Lunch:  Pizzas, Spam Musubi, Brats, Hot Dogs, and Drinks will be available for all participants and families.

~12:00pm (upon completion of races) - Trophies, Recognitions, and Raffle Prizes Awarded

Afternoon:  Fun, and Friends

* Race director has discretion to amend long course route if necessary.
