Entry fee $45.00. Entry fee covers long course 10k or short course 5k or 

Sprint - 1000m/500m events. 

You can only pick 10k or 5k (not both)

 Add on sprint event for just $10

 LCKC ATHLETES 18 AND UNDER Discount

Medals for top three in each division!

Points given for 10k and 5k go towards SEP Series

Age Groups: Bantam to Masters 75+

Boat Types: ICF Sprint to Skis, SUP’s to Recreational and Sea Kayaks, OC’s to Standard Canoe

Distances: 500 meters, 1000 meters sprints; 10,000/5,000 meters distance w/ turn 

A signed waiver is required and is online
