Starting at Tower and head down Limestone Cove. Around the island and up to the 1000m. Turn left at 1000m buoys and head down the course to the Finish Line in front of the tower. 

* One lap is 5k

* Two laps is 10k

* Keep bouys on your left

8 Turn judges are at the island, 1000m and right hand shoreline directly across from the bridge
