**We have made a change to the event schedule and have moved all paddleboarding events from Saturday, June 29th to Sunday, June 30th.  

Sunday, June 30th 

• 8:00am - 500m Ocean Swim 
• 8:30am - 1-Mile Ocean Swim
• 9:00am - The Mike Vaughan Memorial 5-Mile Distance Race (Paddle)
• 9:10am - 1-Mile Short Course (Paddle)
• 9:15am - Lifeguard Competitions begin
• 9:15am - Junior Guard Competitions begin
• 12:00pm - SUP Sprint Racing (Paddle)
