Mickler's Landing Beach Access is in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL at the intersection of A1A and Ponte Vedra Boulevard.  Parking will be tight so arrive early!  Thanks to St Johns County, there will be a shuttle service from Cornerstone Park to Mickler's Landing running continuously from 10 AM to 4 PM.
